Inside Cuba

Author Libby Fischer Hellmann's "Havana Lost" takes place in Cuba during the revolution of 1958-59 and during Cuba's special period in the early 1990's. Hellmann travelled to Cuba plus did extensive research. She will share her findings in a powerpoint slide presentation to deepen our understanding of our neighbor 90 miles away.

How to Write & Publish a Cookbook (Inside Writing series)

If you've ever wanted to write a cookbook, now is your chance to learn how. Local cookbook author chef Jill Houk will guide you through how to write recipes for publication. She'll cover the basics of creating, writing and testing recipes. You will have a chance to go through some of the steps of creating a recipe in this program.
