Honor a veteran and place their photo on the Veterans’ Tree during the month of November. Stop by Forge to decorate the image. All supplies included. Co-sponsored with Salute, Inc. SALUTE, INC. is dedicated to meeting the financial, physical and emotional needs of injured military service members, veterans and their families. Since SALUTE, INC.'s inception, over 24,000 veterans, military service personnel and their family members have been assisted, over $8.0M in emergency financial assistance has been provided, and countless lives have changed for the better.

Hear stories of the men and women who stood on the front lines of World War II during December 1944 in Europe and the Pacific. Ron Eckberg—the son of one of those soldiers —intertwines the history, the individual stories of heroism and tragedy, as well as the music of the day to give his listeners a closer look and better understanding of what war during the holiday season is really like. Brick by Brick: A History of Naval Station Great Lakes, 7PM Mon., Nov. 25 (R)

Explores the history of Naval Station Great Lakes, from its founding in 1911 through two world wars, the development of modern warfare technology and its current role as the home of Recruit Training Command, the U.S. Navy's only boot camp.
